The recruiter will collaborate with managers to forecast hiring needs and oversee the recruiting process for all departments they support. This position demands extensive knowledge of the Information Technology domain, strong sourcing abilities—including research, cold and warm calling, and internet recruiting—and a proven track record of successfully placing hard‑to‑find candidates. Core Job Duties Meet with hiring managers to determine job duties and assist with writing job descriptions. Engage with social media and network sources to identify, interview, and select applicants. Review applicant qualifications and present qualified candidates to hiring managers. Source for future job openings and post on job boards, social media, and corporate career sites. Call applicants and perform phone screens. Invite applicants onsite for formal interviews and arrange travel and lodging if necessary. Interview applicants, participate in final selection, and assist with skills assessments. Create a portfolio of potential candidates for hiring managers and check references. Compose offer letters and assist with negotiation of salary and benefits. Keep track of all applications for open roles and forecast budgets for recruiting expenses. Implement new recruiting technology such as applicant tracking systems and screening tools. Build pipeline and relationships with candidates and assist with onboarding of all new hires. Other duties as assigned, including potentially recruiting for other areas of the company as needs require. Minimum Qualifications Proven recruiting experience in the full recruitment lifecycle. Hands‑on experience with HCM or SaaS recruiting. Familiarity with sales KPIs for high performance as hiring criteria is a plus. Experience in formulating a hiring strategy. Working knowledge of HR databases, ATS and CMS with outstanding communication skills. Excellent organizational ability and a BS in Business Management, HR or related field. Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week in office at Charlotte, NC; Phoenix, AZ; Sandy, UT; Springfield, MA; Freemont, IN; or Dubuque, IA.
