Overview Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support C-Level executives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in the financial services or FinTech industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to seamlessly manage both personal and professional priorities for senior leadership.
Executive Assistant’s Responsibilities and Duties Provide direct support to C-Level executives, anticipating needs and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
Manage complex calendars, including professional meetings, board commitments, and personal scheduling
Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and handle last-minute changes with ease
Screen, prioritize, and respond to incoming communications on behalf of executives
Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and other executive materials
Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
Executive Assistant’s Qualifications and Skills Proven experience supporting C-Level executives in a fast-paced environment
Background in FinTech or financial services required
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; sharp, professional, and polished demeanor
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
High level of discretion, judgment, and emotional intelligence
