Responsibilities
Weekly and monthly processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Bank account and balance sheet reconciliations
Monthly financial statements and analysis
Grant tracking and monitoring
Cash flow projections and monitoring
Preparation for external audits
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
Minimum 3 years of related experience in public accounting and/or industry (5+ years preferred)
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Experience with multiple accounting software packages; QuickBooks experience a plus
Intermediate Excel proficiency
Willingness to travel to client offices as needed
Nonprofit experience preferred
Applicants must be able to work during normal business hours to serve clients
