Overview Your Part‑Time Controller, LLC (YPTC) offers a hybrid work environment, flexible schedule, comprehensive benefits, professional development, and competitive compensation for a standard 35‑hour work week.
Responsibilities
Weekly and monthly processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Bank account and balance sheet reconciliations.
Preparation of monthly financial statements and related analysis.
Grant tracking and monitoring.
Cash flow projections and monitoring.
Preparation for outside audits.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred).
Minimum 3 years of related experience in public accounting or industry; 5+ years preferred.
Outstanding communication skills and positive attitude.
Knowledge of multiple accounting software packages; QuickBooks experience is a plus.
Intermediate‑level Excel skills.
Willingness to travel to client offices as needed.
Nonprofit experience preferred.
Part‑time employees must work during normal business hours.
