Sales Manager / Broker-in-Charge
to oversee a high-performing sales team in the Asheville market. This is a hands‑on leadership role with a respected national group—ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of real estate, sales strategy, and people development.
What You’ll Do
Lead and mentor a team of onsite new home sales professionals
Oversee community performance, pricing strategy, and customer experience
Recruit, train, and coach agents to hit sales and closing goals
Ensure compliance with NC real estate and BIC requirements
Serve as the face of the brand in the Asheville / Western NC market
What You Bring
North Carolina
Broker-in-Charge (BIC)
license (or eligibility to obtain)
Proven background in
new home sales or builder-side real estate leadership
Track record of leading teams to achieve or exceed goals
Strong business acumen, communication, and leadership presence
