The Firefly RealtyTeam is seeking a sales agent to become anof ourteam! This role focuses on successfully assisting home buyers and/or sellers through each phase of their real estate journey.Imperative skills within this role include generating and receiving leads, following up to convert leads, setting qualified appointments, using phone scripts, delivering client consultations, overcoming objections, efficiently identifying and touring properties, accurately pricing properties, assisting clients in decision-making, receiving, writing and communicating offers, negotiating contracts, and offering top-notch customer service.
The successful sales specialist is deeply committed to supporting the growth of theand focuses on achieving greater and greater levels of success. He or she will also be committed to growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the organization. Making, receiving, and returning phone calls promptly
Voice-to-voice and in-person prospecting
Converting buyer and seller leads to qualified appointments
Delivering polished buyer consultations
Identifying and touring properties
Negotiating contracts
Goal setting and activity tracking
Qualifications
Strong communication skills (on the phone and in person)
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Strong leadership qualities
Service-oriented and concerned about exceeding expectations
Demonstrates a high capacity to manage multiple priorities
Capable of planning, action, and focus
Compensation
$75000+ yearly
