Licenses: No license required

Location: Fully remote work available

How You’ll Make An Impact

Apply claims management experience to analyze exposure, plan actions, and resolve claims.

Interact with parties in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution.

Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, showing empathy at each step.

Handle claims following corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Document and communicate claim activity promptly to support claim outcomes.

About You

Claims Background: Minimum 5 years of workers‑comp adjusting experience, handling lost time/indemnity desk and litigation.

Jurisdictional Experience: Federal Defense Base Act and Longshore preferred; experience with TX, CA, or NY claims accepted.

Adjusters’ licenses: No license required.

As a key member of our Claims Adjuster team, you will:

Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex claims to bring them to resolution.

Work in partnership with clients to deliver innovative solutions and improve claims processes.

Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize to serve clients and claimants.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma.

Minimum 5 years of related claims experience.

Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled.

Knowledge of industry standards and practices.

Computer experience with claims and business software.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.
