Arbor Trust Wealth Advisors, LLC, an Ann Arbor based Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), is seeking an experienced Client Service Associate. This position is responsible for providing direct administrative support to Financial Advisors, as well as performing general office management functions.

Responsibilities This role includes routine and ad hoc client service and support activities. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, entering and verifying financial transactions; completing and maintaining tasks through client relationship management software; scheduling meetings; preparing meeting agendas; assembling information for client meetings including running investment related reports; preparing new account applications and related custodian required documents; answering calls; greeting clients; preparing correspondence; maintaining client files through electronic storage software; processing mail; and other duties as appropriate.

This role requires on-site work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursday. Client Service Associates are on-call on a rotating basis on Mondays and Fridays, which may require on-site work on those days. When not on-call, remote work on Mondays and Fridays is optional, although some Mondays and Fridays on-site will be required as needed.

Qualifications Education:

Minimum Associates Degree in Business or related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum two years of client service experience supporting financial advisors in the wealth management industry.

Proficiencies:

Microsoft Office and Adobe. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Preferred previous experience with Salesforce, Charles Schwab, Laserfiche, and Envestnet.

Competencies:

Ability to work well in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced office. Ability to adhere to compliance requirements of an RIA regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
