Base Pay Range
$110,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr
The Senior Financial Analyst will support both financial reporting and FP&A activities within a multi-entity manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for consolidated reporting, forecasting, and profitability analysis, while providing data-driven insights to leadership. The position offers strong visibility across departments and requires a hands‑on analyst who is comfortable managing detailed financial models and leveraging Power BI for reporting and analysis.
Responsibilities
Lead financial consolidations and reporting across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency in results.
Own rebate and commission analysis, including forecasting, accruals, and reporting.
Build and maintain detailed price-volume-mix (PVM) models to assess performance and profitability drivers.
Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts, variance analyses, and executive summaries.
Partner with the Accounting team to ensure accurate alignment between operational and financial results.
Develop and enhance management dashboards and KPI reporting in Power BI.
Support annual budgeting and long‑range planning processes.
Collaborate cross‑functionally to gather assumptions, validate data, and support decision‑making.
Assist with M&A integration activities and related financial reporting as needed.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within FP&A, emphasizing automation and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5+ years of FP&A experience, with strong exposure to financial reporting and consolidations.
Experience in a manufacturing or product‑based environment required.
Proficiency in Power BI required; SQL experience preferred, but not required.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to interpret large datasets.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
