Position Overview: We are now hiring an experienced and self-driven NP/PA for a Part-Time position. This role will be based at our onsite healthcare clinic located at our client's manufacturing plant in Clyde, OH. Site Schedule:
32 hours per week. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Flexible 8-hour days (between 5AM-1PM or 7AM-3PM). Pay rate:

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Medical Director and overseeing Physician, the Physician Assistant manages the daily operations of the onsite healthcare clinic. Responsibilities include patient care such as case management, physicals, clearance exams, injury assessment, and minor procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform post-offer physicals and non-work-related return-to-work medical clearance examinations. Provide urgent and episodic care to employees. Respond to in-plant medical emergencies and evaluate employees with acute illnesses, referring when appropriate. Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage workplace injuries and non-occupational conditions, including prescribing medications and facilitating referrals in collaboration with the physician. Drive chronic disease management, including education and wellness physicals. Maintain charts and employee incident records. Perform minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, joint injections, trigger finger injections, arthrocentesis, and x-ray interpretation. Manage workers’ compensation claims with employer and insurance representatives. Facilitate return to work and light duty for employees with work-related injuries. Maintain a weekly case log outlining treatment plans for workplace injuries. Ensure compliance with OSHA and DOT programs, including training and follow-up programs. Maintain inventory of medications and supplies in the healthcare unit. Be available on call as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Education, Skills, and Abilities:
3+ years’ experience as an Advanced Practitioner/Physician Assistant. Experience in an occupational health setting is required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Current valid state licensure. Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification. Proficient with MS Office. Knowledge of OSHA record-keeping and workers’ compensation principles is a plus. Effective communication skills across all organizational levels. Strong administrative and management skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Maintain professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality. Familiarity with manufacturing and production facility practices. Position may require proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
