As a senior analyst, you will contribute to the fiscal integrity of the university’s financial records by ensuring accurate and timely bank reconciliations and close‑out at month‑end and year‑end. Job Duties
Fixed Assets & System Maintenance
Update assets in the FMS system and determine if assets meet the capitalization policy. Support depreciation entries and reconciliation. Assist the Financial System Functional Manager with day‑to‑day reporting and maintenance for FMS. Maintain and update accounting rules in PeopleSoft and process monthly feeds from Financial Edge to FM.
