Responsibilities
Achieve specified banking center and staff performance goals, including profitability, deposit and loan growth, and fee income.
Build, develop, and lead a team focused on providing an exceptional client experience by presenting tailored financial solutions.
Drive new client acquisition, retention, and growth of client relationships and non‑interest revenue.
Build strong internal partnerships with key specialists and partners within First Financial Bank.
Foster an inclusive, team‑oriented environment and coach associates for career development.
Create and maintain community alliances and integrate into local communities.
Onboard new associates and serve as a mentor for their development.
Ensure compliance with all BSA, Check 21, CIP, CRA, HMDA, Reg B, Reg D, Reg E, Reg CC, Truth in Savings, Privacy Compliance, and Patriot Act regulations.
Qualifications
4–5 years of demonstrated leadership, coaching, management, and mentoring in a retail banking environment.
4–5 years of successful sales leadership and execution, with a proven record of meeting sales and service goals.
4–5 years of achievement of performance goals in a retail environment.
Working knowledge of banking policies and procedures.
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and banking experience preferred.
Compliance & Accountability The Financial Center Manager is responsible for adherence to all compliance and regulatory procedures including, but not limited to: BSA, Check 21, CIP, CRA, HMDA, Reg B, Reg D, Reg E, Reg CC, Truth in Savings, Privacy Compliance, and the Patriot Act.
