Responsibilities
Complete the PLACE Launch program
Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes
Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
Maintain and update tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Host two open houses each month
Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
Engage in weekly script practice as per team standards
Participate in team activities according to team standards
Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
Advise sellers, secure listings, and market their homes
Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services
Qualifications
Self-driven sales enthusiast with a competitive edge
Great at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions
Skilled in prospecting and generating leads
Naturally adept at handling objections
Excellent communicator with a service-oriented mindset
Team player
Licensed real estate professional
3+ years of experience in real estate sales
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Eager to learn and grow
Well-organized
Open to learning scripts and dialogues
Excellent at managing time
