Business Development Sales Representative – Construction & Building Materials

Job Responsibilities
Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related products and services.
Cultivate sales relationships with commercial and industrial building owners/managers, colleges, K‑12 schools, municipalities, and hospitals in Atlanta and surrounding areas.
Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards.
Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily.
Take on additional assignments as needed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of two (2) years of outside sales experience.
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with contacts at all levels.
Strong sense of urgency, exceptional problem‑solving skills, and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Technical aptitude for mechanical systems preferred.
