The Opportunity:

We are in a dynamic phase of strategic growth and are looking for a foundational client services team member. We need an experienced and dedicated Account Manager to serve as a trusted partner to our clients and a critical link to our internal creative team. This role is perfect for a proactive professional who excels at building lasting relationships and is also a hands‑on contributor, capable of providing direct support to ensure projects and campaigns are executed flawlessly.

To serve union building trades through creative marketing and events to revive America's middle class.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary day‑to‑day point of contact for a portfolio of key union clients, fostering deep, trust‑based partnerships.

Develop creative ideas and solutions for client projects and campaigns.

Write, edit, and proofread compelling copy for client websites, blogs, social media campaigns, and other marketing materials.

Provide critical project support to our company's lead Project Manager, helping to manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure a seamless flow of information between all stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with our creative, video, and event teams to ensure project objectives are met and client expectations are exceeded.

Proactively communicate project status, risks, and updates, ensuring there are no surprises for clients or internal teams.

Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs to proactively identify opportunities for growth and new projects.

Qualifications & Skills

3-5+ years of professional experience in an account representative, account management, or client‑facing creative marketing role, preferably in an agency setting.

A strong background in digital marketing, with proven copywriting and editing skills.

A collaborative, team‑first attitude with a proven ability to support team leaders and contribute to a positive work environment.

A high level of personal accountability and a "gets it done" mentality; a self‑starter who takes ownership of their work.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and confident demeanor on the phone, in video meetings, and writing.

The ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment and a passion for bringing clarity and process to complex workflows.

A significant plus is a deep respect for or genuine interest in the American labor movement.
