Overview

Director, Technical Program Management - Website Experience Digital Marketing Technology at Salesforce. This role leads high-visibility programs across Salesforce.com, Mulesoft.com, Tableau.com, and other brands, partnering with product, engineering, and marketing teams globally. Reports to the CMO/CDO. What You’ll Do

Lead large-scale programs by defining scope, structure, and aligning teams to vision, goals, and release plans. Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to drive strategic alignment, resolve dependencies, and remove obstacles. Drive steering committee meetings and status reviews to ensure programs meet business objectives. Oversee the software development lifecycle, applying agile methodologies and technical expertise to guide teams. Anticipate challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth delivery of program goals. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and learning. Support the Technology, Marketing & Products organization strategy globally. About You

10+ years of enterprise software/technical program or engineering management experience (Director-level). 7+ years leading SaaS product development programs with deep SaaS lifecycle understanding. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience managing portfolio-level programs and cross-functional dependencies. Ability to master technical subjects quickly and communicate effectively with executives, teams, and stakeholders. Proven ability to drive alignment, consensus, and successful program delivery in a matrixed environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred. About Salesforce
