The Revenue Integrity Analyst is responsible for maintaining a positive, collaborative relationship with their assigned departments, ensuring they are following the charge reconciliation processes and are meeting their key performance indicator metrics. Responsibilities

Ensuring charges are built correctly in the CDM and are appropriately integrated with the clinical charging mechanisms. Expert on charge capture tools. Auditing and giving feedback as appropriate. Oversight of Department charges and KPIs, ensuring they are at or above budget and determining root cause if they are not. Training departments on charge capture tools, rules, regs, CPT / HCPCS / etc. updates and workflows. Monitor, investigate and resolve revenue integrity concerns and violations reported in their area and provide any necessary follow‑ups. Serve as a resource for organizational and operational revenue integrity issues. Communicate on CDM maintenance activities. Work Revenue Integrity WQs, monitor department WQs. Provide feedback based on WQ volumes, audit outcomes and daily charge statistics. Validate / test / audit charge triggers to ensure systems are working as expected. Keep abreast of healthcare industry trends. Understands and adheres to the WPH Performance Standards, Policies and Behaviors. Performs all other related duties as assigned. Qualifications

5+ years' experience in a hospital business setting, including full‑scope revenue cycle and charging. Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities. Working knowledge of healthcare coding and billing rules and regulations. High school / GED required. Some college preferred. Effective communication skills and ability to interact with others positively. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Computer skills are essential. Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, etc.) and healthcare software (e.g., Epic, Meditech) at a minimum. May be exposed to chemicals necessary to perform required tasks. Any hazardous chemicals the employee may be exposed to are listed in the hospital’s SDS database and may be accessed through the hospital’s intranet. The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets. Office machinery, etc. Must be able to retain composure under stress.
