Associate Attorney

with

3+ years of litigation experience

to join its growing team. This opportunity allows a motivated legal professional to handle a broad range of litigation matters in an active environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage cases independently from inception through resolution or trial.

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.

Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and trials.

Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators on complex cases.

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel effectively and professionally.

Practice Areas May Include

Consumer claims

Product liability

Class actions

Civil rights

Employment law

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active license in Missouri and Kansas (strongly preferred).

Minimum 3 years of litigation experience.

Demonstrated ability to handle files independently.

Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Client‑facing experience preferred.

Compensation
