What will you be doing? The Food and Beverage Consumption team is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Account Specialist to work on-site at our client’s office 2-3 days per week. This role supports day-to-day servicing needs for a key client and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams, and delivering actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, leveraging Circana data sets and tools to provide timely and accurate responses.
Develop and deliver data-driven analyses and summaries using Excel and PowerPoint.
Collaborate with internal team members to outline, manage, and execute client projects.
Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and problem‑solving.
Requirements
1-2+ years’ experience in analytical or market research role
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience in consumer, POS, custom and/or syndicated research in food/foodservice an asset
Experience accurately interpreting data and clearly articulating findings into cohesive and succinct stories
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities against pressing deadlines; strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and/or data visualization tools
