We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Senior Manager
to lead a high‑performing team of
Technical Integration Consultants and Developers . This role is responsible for delivering complex, enterprise‑grade integrations for
ONESOURCE
Global Trade
and
Legal Tracker
solutions across a global client base. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for driving operational excellence in integration delivery.
About the Role In this opportunity for the Senior Manager role you will:
Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of integration consultants and developers.
Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of technical integrations, ensuring high quality, on‑time execution, and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to align integration strategies with business goals.
Drive continuous improvement in integration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Manage resource planning, project prioritization, and workload balancing across the team.
Serve as an escalation point for complex integration challenges and client issues.
Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements in all integration work.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to integration delivery and team performance.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
8+ years of experience in technical integration, software development, or related roles.
3+ years of experience in a people management or leadership role.
Proven experience delivering integrations for enterprise platforms such as
ONESOURCE
Global Trade
and
Legal Tracker
(or similar legal operations platforms).
Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping, middleware, and integration frameworks.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience working in a global, matrixed environment is a plus.
