Department Overview The Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics division of the OHSU Information Technology Group is seeking a student worker to assist with execution of data governance processes in support of key projects and programs. This position primarily provides general administrative support for the Data Governance Program.

Function/Duties of Position

Review and approve catalog submissions.

Assist other staff in the application of cataloging standards.

Assist with catalog audits and content review.

Apply templates to existing documents and presentations.

Attend weekly Data Governance Office meetings.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in an Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours).

Preferred Qualifications

Enrolled in an area of study that includes Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Library Science, Computer Science, Public Health and Health Sciences

Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Prior experience with content management (technical and business documentation).

Additional Details

Flexible work schedule; approximately 10 to 20 hours per week. Fully remote.

Prefer the candidate to be able to work at least one hour each business day.
