Job Overview
As a key member of the Channel Marketing team, the Regional Marketing Manager partners with sales to develop and execute regional marketing strategies that drive dealer growth, market share, and brand visibility. This role requires strategic thinking, collaboration, and a strong customer focus.
Note: This role will be on the road ~40% of the time.

Highlights of Your Role Channel Strategy & Planning (50%)
Develop and execute regional marketing strategies in collaboration with sales.
Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
Translate market needs into targeted programs, campaigns, and promotions.
Dealer & Market Execution (30%)
Co‑create annual Growth Development Plans with sales and dealers.
Provide strategic guidance to dealers on customer engagement and brand experience.
Manage execution, documentation (Salesforce), and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
Travel regularly to support dealer development and review progress.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration (20%)
Participate in cross‑functional projects (e.g., product launches, Design Lab).
Represent regional sales and marketing needs within the broader marketing team.
Share insights and drive process improvements.
You're a Good Fit If You Have (or if you can)
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
4+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer‑facing roles.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience a plus.
Ability to travel up to 40%.
Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and team success.
