Job Description NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Sr. SAP Developer with 10 years of experience in SAP ABAP CRM Fiori / UI5 and HANA native development to support our migration from SAP CRM to RISE with S/4HANA. The role requires deep technical expertise, problem‑solving skills and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver modern scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead ABAP development for CRM migration including custom code remediation, enhancements and integrations.

Design and implement solutions following SAP Clean Core principles including released APIs, extensibility options and key-user tools.

Develop and enhance Fiori / UI5 applications including Launchpad configuration, controllers, OData services, CDS views and AMDP.

Support S/4HANA migration initiatives applying technical remediation and modernization practices.

Troubleshoot, debug and optimize Fiori / UI5 applications and ABAP backend processes.

Collaborate with architects, analysts and business teams to deliver high‑quality technical solutions.

Maintain technical documentation, perform code reviews and support knowledge transfer.

Qualifications Required

10 years of SAP development experience including ABAP, CRM and Fiori / UI5.

Hands‑on experience with S/4HANA migration or implementation including CDS views, AMDP, Native SQL, OData services and RAP / CAP programming models.

Strong knowledge of SAP CRM table structures, APIs, BAPIs, BADIs and integration technologies (ALE, IDOC, RFC, LSMW).

Experience with Fiori / UI5 design patterns, controls and Launchpad configuration.

Familiarity with SAP BTP tools – Business Application Studio, SAP Build and modern development environments.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

U.S. Citizen eligible for Public Trust clearance.

Preferred

SAP Certifications: ABAP for HANA, S/4HANA Developer, Fiori Developer.

Experience with RISE with SAP cloud extensions or side‑by‑side BTP development.

Agile development experience and DevOps familiarity in SAP environments.
