To provide customers with the highest quality service by ensuring consistent customer service and resolution to facilitate timely release and/or inbound or outbound movement of freight/cargo. May proactively lead and guide team members to achieve operational objectives. Responsibilities:

Provide impeccable customer service Prepare, analyze, and submit documentation to relevant parties (U.S. Customs, agents, clients) ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to customs Identify and resolve issues that could delay freight release or movement Maintain relationships with brokers, T&B, and service providers to exceed customer service requirements Resolve banking and letter of credit issues Advise customers on payment terms Collect payments on delinquent accounts and review accounting adjustments Resolve billing issues and coordinate post-entry activities Accurately input or correct data in computer systems Perform root cause analysis as directed Manage post-entry activities and entry verification processes Access external client systems as needed Communicate with partners via written, phone, or email Produce operational trend reports Update partners on exception processes Handle pre-alerts and respond per SOP Maintain knowledge of FedEx products and services Interact with customers and internal departments at all levels Support account management activities Perform entry reconciliation Develop strong relationships with customer personnel Support customs trade processes for small office structures Facilitate entry processing and exception resolution Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED required At least 24 months of brokerage, transportation, or customer service experience Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and office equipment Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle high-volume and time-sensitive work independently and in a team Proficient in HTS classification and familiar with the harmonized tariff system Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs and federal regulations Preferred Qualifications & Details:

Location: Hybrid in Riverwalk Pkwy. | 1st shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Pay Range: $16.40 - $31.18/hour. Compensation depends on experience, market, and location. Benefits include health, vision, dental, retirement, and tuition reimbursement. About FedEx Logistics:
