Regional Account-Based Marketing Manager
The Account-Based Marketing Manager is responsible for initiating the development of marketing activities required for each assigned account, supporting sales teams by identifying customer insights, understanding the environment, competition, and needs, and proposing a dedicated value proposition for differentiation.

Responsibilities
Support Key Account Managers in surpassing budget targets by providing tailored solutions and strategic insights.
Develop expertise across multiple therapeutic areas to showcase BD’s portfolio to diverse segments.
Lead market segmentation, uncover hidden opportunities, craft value propositions, conduct competitive analysis, and develop objection handling.
Own sales enablement and Go-to-Market tactics to drive results.
Partner with Key Account Managers to develop customized action plans for each account, ensuring precise targeting and pipeline management.
Design and implement omnichannel communication strategies and account-centric digital marketing to generate demand.
Deliver robust training programs enabling Sales teams to communicate solution value.
Collaborate with Customer Success to amplify Voice of Customers, gather insights on unmet needs and market trends, and inform innovation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Marketing or MBA.
3 years of experience in operational marketing.
Ability to travel 30‑40% domestically and internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in strategic account marketing to enterprise accounts.
Experience developing marketing tactics for major global accounts in life sciences/pharma.
Experience working closely with sales on projects, campaigns, or training.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities; marketing expertise in pharma business.
Ability to translate strategy into execution plans and drive commercial success of global accounts.
Strong presentation and marketing skills.
Demonstrated leadership and cross‑functional participation.
