Cyber SDC – OT Network Security Architecture & Governance (Senior) – Consulting
Location: Anywhere in Country
Job Summary As an OT Senior Network Security Architecture & Governance professional, you will provide operational support for the client’s OT architecture, oversee and govern OT systems, and ensure compliance with security standards. You support the manager and collaborate with a team of experts to align OT architectures with organizational goals and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Review and validate OT system designs for alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Provide architecture oversight and approvals for OT systems, VLANs, and controls to meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.
Maintain and evolve governance frameworks, SOPs, and documentation, and support change review boards and architecture decision forums.
Collaborate with OT architects, system owners, cybersecurity teams, and DECA to resolve issues and support site teams on governance and defect‑related matters.
Communicate clearly across technical and non‑technical audiences.
Identify gaps in current documentation, propose updates, and contribute to standard work and LEAN process improvements.
Conduct risk assessments and impact analysis for proposed changes to OT systems and architectures.
Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements in the OT space to inform governance practices.
Technical Skills
Experience with OT environments and governance (ICS, building management, manufacturing, etc.).
Security architecture design for technologies such as SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, AI/ML, ZTA.
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks: NERC CIP, NIS, CIS, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, ISA/IEC 62443.
Knowledge of security controls: firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption, access management.
Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLANs, TAPS, VPN, encryption, L2/L3 protocols.
Experience with equipment for access: servers, switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, HSMs.
Identity and Access Management concepts: PAM, AD, PKI, Zero‑Trust.
Endpoint protection including application whitelisting.
Risk‑based mindset and experience with ServiceNow and AuditBoard.
Soft Skills
Analytical problem‑solving and ability to lead programs/projects.
Documentation, planning, and execution of programs with project management skills.
Clear communication with Product Owners and client stakeholders, articulating technical architecture requirements.
Multitasking across multiple projects, closing tickets timely based on priority.
