All U Need Pest Control We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety and Fleet Director to oversee company-wide safety initiatives and fleet operations. This role is responsible for developing and enforcing safety programs, managing telematics and vehicle compliance, and building a culture of safety across all branch locations. Job Duties
Manage and oversee the company’s vehicle fleet, including maintenance, recalls, and vendor coordination. Implement and maintain safety programs covering driving, ladder, PPE, pesticide, and facility safety. Monitor GPS and in-dash camera systems to identify and correct unsafe driving behaviors. Train and coach service and sales managers on safety enforcement and driver accountability. Develop and deliver onboarding and continuing safety training programs with HR and leadership. Conduct safety audits, facility inspections, and ensure OSHA and DOT compliance. Collaborate with risk management and insurance partners on incident investigations and claims. Promote a proactive safety culture through consistent communication and leadership. Requirements
3+ years of safety management experience, preferably in service or fleet-based industries. Knowledge of OSHA recordkeeping, fleet safety, and regulatory compliance. Experience using telematics and dash camera systems for driver performance monitoring. Strong communication and presentation skills for training and coaching teams. Must have the ability to travel to multiple branches and lead in-person safety programs. Seniority Level
