As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue to exceed division priorities, developing new business opportunities that align with the company's goals, and contributing to overall team success. You will call upon hospitals, offices, and clinical settings, building and maintaining constructive relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, materials management, hospital management, and executive hospital personnel. Primary Responsibilities
Drive sales revenue to exceed established priorities and revenue targets. Build and maintain sustainable strategic business relationships in key accounts. Perform product demonstrations, customer education, and in-service as required. Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual plans designed to meet revenue targets. Maintain a high level of clinical knowledge within the respective disease states. Deliver sales training to inside and field sales employees and channel partners. Present sales modules, presentations/workshops, and overall sales training curriculum at new hire training and sales meetings. About You
Minimum BA/BS with two to four years of sales experience and demonstrated sales success required; graduate degree preferred. Strong customer service, negotiation, coaching, and team‑building skills. Excellent communication skills and strong listening ability. Adaptability to a changing environment and strong analytical, problem‑solving, and independent thinking skills. Basic mathematical proficiency. Intermediate level MS Excel and MS Word skills; ability to learn BD’s sales information systems. Valid state‑issued driver’s license with 3 years of consecutive driving history and meet BD’s auto safety standards. Salary ranges:
$125,992.00 - $207,888 Base + Commission . At BD, we prioritize on‑site collaboration and require a minimum of 4 days of in‑office presence per week for most roles. Remote or field‑based positions will have different workplace arrangements indicated in the posting. For certain roles at BD, employment is contingent upon the company’s receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID‑19.
