Job Description The Finance Manager is responsible for daily oversight and monitoring of the finance and accounting activities assigned to themselves and/or their team. The manager provides guidance, training, and consultation to employees and finance team members regarding their specific financial services and recruitment of staff as needed. The manager also maintains and administers financial accounting systems supporting their assigned function and ensures processes and internal controls within the assigned area.

Schedule and Location

Hybrid work schedule: Tuesday through Thursday in the office; Monday and Friday remote or office.

Location: Modern ten‑story corporate headquarters in Spring, Texas.

What You Will Do

Lead budgeting and annual planning process; coordinate department budgets and align with organizational goals.

Monthly financial forecasts (revenue, cash, expenses) and variance analyses.

Develop and report core SaaS metrics: MRR/ARR, churn, net revenue retention, CAC, LTV, gross margin, ARPA/ARPU, burn.

Construct and maintain a dynamic SaaS financial model and scenario plans.

Partner with Sales and RevOps on revenue recognition, deal structuring, and revenue leakage.

Oversee ASC 606 compliance for subscription revenue recognition.

Provide monthly dashboards for leadership and board.

Perform cohort and retention analyses to quantify growth and churn drivers.

Measure and optimize customer acquisition economics.

Track and forecast cash flow; maintain working capital forecasts.

Improve FP&A processes, automation and data integrity.

Support ad hoc financial analysis, project and reporting requests.

Supervise financial staff and provide guidance.

What You Will Need Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent in accounting or finance.

A minimum of seven (7) years of accounting and tax experience in an international service or manufacturing company with previous financial management role.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Disciplined knowledge of accounting or finance concepts.

Technical proficiency with financial and accounting systems.

Analytical, interpretation and reporting skills.

Interpersonal skills for internal and external clients.

Managerial skills in team leadership, development, organization, planning and implementation.

Knowledge of computerized accounting systems, preferably Oracle.

Working knowledge of ABS Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Management System.

It Would Be Nice If You Have

Extensive knowledge of B2B SaaS industry financial dynamics.

Proven financial modeling and cash flow forecasting expertise.

Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI and other financial tools.
