Overview This individual will report to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing, and will be a crucial member of Litera's growth marketing team and help integrate the company's value propositions into the buyer's journey. The role includes strategic, programmatic, and tactical/operational responsibilities related to demand creation program objectives and will develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate MQLs, SQLs, and marketing‑influenced pipeline to scale customer revenue growth efforts and support global sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the product marketing and content teams to design and execute demand generation programs, creating compelling content and offerings mapped to buyer personas, pain points, and buying cycles.

Work closely with Sales Leaders to develop and support whitespace and product‑focused ABM program plans to drive incremental pipeline and bookings.

Forecast, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of all demand generation and awareness activities; report on program activities, including cost per lead, cost per response, trends, conversion to opportunity rates, contribution to sales pipeline, ROI, etc.

Collaborate with content marketing to initiate landing page creation, email copy, and automated workflows to support the execution of digital programs.

Manage and execute global virtual events, webinars, multi‑touch emails, third‑party sponsorships, and related activities.

Work closely with the Business Development Representative (BDR) team and Customer Success Managers to improve MQL, SQL, and conversion rates and lead‑handling processes.

Qualifications

5–8 years of industry experience.

Proficiency with marketing and sales tools such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and 6Sense.

Deep understanding of marketing analytics and ability to make metric‑driven decisions.

Working Model This position is based in one of the following locations: Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia, or Raleigh. The role requires on‑site presence at least three days per week (Hybrid model).

Compensation California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents: salary range $60,000 to $70,000. Pay is based on factors including education, experience, and certifications. Additional benefits include the comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401(k) contribution.
