The Auto Club Group is seeking a Field Life Agent who will regularly perform outside sales away from their assigned AAA branch. You will drive new business with competitive products and help retain The Auto Club Group’s 14+ million members. Solicit and sell Life & Health insurance and Annuity products with minimal supervision, primarily within an ACG branch location. Develop leads and prospects through marketing activities (outbound/inbound calls, mailings, referrals, networking, website, seminars, etc.). Prepare proposals and close sales of Life, Health, Annuity, Membership, and Financial Services products. Complete applications and follow processing procedures per policy. Collaborate with Branch to maximize leads, sales opportunities and cross-sell opportunities. Assist Underwriting and Brokerage Departments as needed. Respond to customer inquiries with sound sales practices. Prepare reports documenting prospecting and sales activities and maintain production standards. What It's Like to Work Here

Possession of valid State Life Sales licenses Ability to take and pass LUTC or CLU coursework Maintain Life and Health licenses required to sell products Possession of a valid State driver’s license Must qualify, obtain, and maintain all applicable licenses and appointments for selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products Education & Work Experience

Education:

High School diploma or equivalent Work Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' experience with a proven record of soliciting and selling life insurance products; experience selling intangible products Successful candidates will possess

Strong working knowledge of Life Insurance and Annuity products Ability to listen, analyze customer needs and recommend solutions for a positive Member experience Effective communication of complex information Ability to prepare proposals and conduct closing interviews Assess and document customer requirements when writing policies Ability to calculate premiums and values Ability to build and maintain relationships Prospecting and developing new opportunities to meet production targets Collaborative teamwork Strong communication with branch and partners Understand tax and legal impacts on members Strong organization, planning, time management, and administrative skills Represent Auto Club Life professionally Safely operate a vehicle for travel to locations and events Proficient writing skills for routine correspondence Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good PC skills (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, email) Work Environment
