As the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager at REP Fitness, you will shape the financial strategy of a fast-growing brand. You will turn data into insights and partner with leaders across Operations, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Engineering to link business strategy with financial outcomes. This is a high-impact role focused on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support profitable growth. This role requires you to collaborate with cross-functional leaders to drive strategic financial decisions and help scale REP globally.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Include the following; other duties may be assigned. Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and build multi-year financial plans; manage rolling forecasts; advise leadership on growth, profitability, and resource allocation decisions. Reporting & Executive Insights: Deliver monthly/quarterly packages with variance analysis; build and maintain executive dashboards and KPIs; develop board presentations with leadership. Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Product to provide financial guidance; model initiatives such as new product launches, pricing strategies, and channel expansion; act as a trusted advisor to department heads. Process, Systems & Leadership: Improve financial models and data processes; partner with Accounting for accurate financial statements and month-end close; mentor junior team members and scale FP&A while coaching partners to strengthen financial acumen. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position begins as an individual contributor. Although titled Manager, initially the role operates as a one-person FP&A team. As REP grows, there will be opportunities to build and lead a FP&A team. WHAT YOU WILL BRING

- Advanced financial modeling (Excel/Google Sheets) and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Financial Expertise

- Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow; ability to connect operational metrics to financial outcomes. Strategic Mindset

- Passion for process improvement, scalability, and smarter ways of working. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting; high-growth or consumer goods experience strongly preferred. MBA or CFA preferred. CORE COMPETENCIES
