(Korean Bilingual) Finance Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a Finance Assistant Manager to support the accounting department with AR / AP management, reconciliations, and monthly closings. This role will work closely with the Accounting Manager to ensure financial accuracy and compliance while also coordinating billing with the Sales team and managing corporate credit card transactions. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Korean and English and bring strong organizational and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions.
Assist with monthly and quarterly accounting closings.
Coordinate billing matters with the Sales team.
Perform daily reconciliations of bank accounts and credit cards.
Manage corporate credit card transactions and expense tracking.
Maintain accurate and organized customer and financial records.
Assist with accounting system issues, troubleshooting, and implementations.
Support occasional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
1+ years of relevant accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP principles.
Experience with QuickBooks, Paychex, ADP, or Microsoft Power BI a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English required.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
