Overview Institutional Client Group (ICG) facilitates primary origination, distribution, and secondary market‑making of FIC product suite and financing to institutional clients, including financials, asset managers, pension funds, insurers, hedge funds, private equity, central banks, and sovereign wealth funds. You will be responsible for covering important institutional clients at a senior level within our Rates Sales team. You will collaborate with product partners in trading and structuring to deliver creative solutions for your client base.

What You'll Do
Develop strong relationships with partners, senior PMs, principals, and capital markets professionals (C‑suite level)
Strategic planning, budgeting, client wallet share analysis and help generate new revenue opportunities with insurers and asset managers
New business development in particular within the Rates space
Drive sales growth by creating new / developing existing relationships
Think strategically about the business, stay on top of market themes/trends

Proven relevant experience in Fixed Income
Strong interpersonal skills for developing new client relationships and communicating with various DB teams in a fast‑paced environment

Have a consistent sense of urgency around doing his or her best - day in and day out
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Strong communication skills to persuade investors to purchase DB services
Detail oriented and driven to succeed in a complex, fast‑moving environment
Ability to multi‑task, and work in a fast‑paced, time sensitive work environment
Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. The salary range for this position in New York City is $110K to $125K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
