Work with farm managers and others to maintain and enter production data to ensure accurate and current information is available for management to make timely production decisions.

Follow Iowa Select Farms animal well‑being policy at all times and partner with the Production Well‑being team in a timely manner if an incident occurs.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Receive, collect, organize and process information received from farm sites.
Interpret, code, and input information received through electronic communications.
Communicate as needed with farm managers and production management team to assure accurate information is entered into the system.
Prepare reports and summary cards as requested by management.
Reconcile production data weekly with farms and site managers to assure accuracy.
Perform general clerical duties that include organizing and filing of information.
Assist with reconciling herd audit results into the production information system.
Assist co‑workers with data entry and information transfer tasks as requested.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while being helpful, friendly and respectful to team members and management personnel.
Focus daily on the success of the company, not personal issues.
Be at work on scheduled days and ready to work by the given start time; attendance is critical to the success of this position.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

No direct supervisory responsibilities for this position.
Work Environment
This position is performed indoors routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physicality Requirements
Required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear.
Must continuously repeat necessary movements such as bending, lifting and various hand movements as needed to complete tasks.
Ability to frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time and maintain focus on projects such as computer screens or detailed paperwork.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full‑time position with the expected days of Monday‑Friday in office.
Additional availability may be required during staffing challenges.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Education, Experience and Other Qualifications
Preferred experience with accounting, database or information systems.
Preferred but not required background in swine production record keeping or similar ag‑related field.
Preferred experience with ten‑key, Microsoft Office—Excel, Word, Outlook.
Language
Bi‑lingual not required.
