Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented IAM Business Analyst (SailPoint IIQ) to join a leading financial services organization supporting the Identity and Access Management Optimization (IAMO) Transformation Program. This role will be instrumental in driving the configuration, implementation, and governance of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant access management across the enterprise. This is a hybrid (4‑days onsite), 40‑hour/week contract based in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL, with the possibility of conversion to full‑time.
Key Responsibilities:
SailPoint IIQ Implementation: Support the configuration, integration, and optimization of the SailPoint IIQ platform, including workflows, rules, connectors, and access certifications.
IAM Program Support: Contribute to the IAMO Transformation Program by managing application onboarding, workflow design, and remediation efforts aligned with audit and compliance requirements.
Project Management & Business Analysis: Gather business requirements, manage timelines, and document deliverables to ensure project milestones and service level objectives are achieved.
Access Governance: Ensure provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certifications comply with corporate policy and security standards.
Workflow Configuration: Design and configure lifecycle management (LCM) workflows, manage workgroups, and create Segregation of Duty (SoD) rules within SailPoint.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, InfoSec, Risk, and Compliance teams to interpret and enforce policies while driving consistent IAM best practices.
Documentation & Reporting: Create detailed process documentation, flowcharts, and control templates to maintain platform sustainability and operational clarity.
Incident Management: Support system incidents and service requests, identifying root causes and recommending long‑term solutions.
Mentorship & Training: Provide guidance to peers and technical teams on SailPoint functionality, best practices, and adoption strategies.
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and optimize existing IAM processes to strengthen security posture and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
2‑3 years of hands‑on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) implementation, configuration, and support.
Background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Cybersecurity.
Proven Project Management and Business Analysis experience.
Strong proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Jira.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred Experience
Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Mainframe, or similar connectors.
Familiarity with Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Role‑Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
Exposure to Confluence and Agile development environments.
Experience supporting SailPoint transformations in large, regulated enterprises.
Strong presentation skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
