Partner with the Senior Manager, OTC Operational Excellence to plan, manage, and deliver Accounts Receivable (AR) support services for Nutrien North America operations. Lead and develop a team responsible for AR processes including reconciliations, cash application, AR adjustments, AFDA, unapplied cash, unclaimed property, invoicing, and general ledger payments. Provide strong accounting and leadership oversight during the transition to SAP S/4HANA, while navigating coexistence with current systems (PeopleSoft, ARS, Hyland OnBase, SAP ECC, EBS Oracle). Act as a subject matter expert in accounting practices, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards, company policies, and audit requirements. Identify areas for process improvement, develop and execute action plans, and drive sustainable results. Leverage strong Excel and analytical skills to provide reporting, insights, and recommendations that support financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Collaborate across Finance, Credit, Treasury, IT, Operations, and other teams to resolve issues and improve end-to-end processes. Mentor, coach, and support team members by setting clear goals, providing feedback, and preparing them for future leadership opportunities. Contribute to broader business initiatives and change management efforts, ensuring adoption and success across the organization. What you will bring

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required; CPA designation or equivalent strongly preferred. Minimum 8-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years focused in Accounts Receivable or Order-to-Cash. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, including managing and developing teams. Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles; IFRS experience is an asset. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA required; exposure to other ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, ECC, PeopleSoft) and to workflow ticketing system. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and ability to build/manage large data sets and Power BI. Proven track record of leading process improvements and implementing change management initiatives. Ability to apply accounting expertise and sound judgment in problem-solving and decision-making. Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels. High attention to detail, ability to manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role, in Loveland, CO, is between $87,000 - $149,100. This range is general guidance and reflects factors such as candidate skill set, experience, training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based on location. We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, life insurance, and disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan, with discretionary pay based on company and individual performance.
