Our law firm is hiring a detail-oriented independent contractor to support operations with a strong focus on data entry in Google Sheets. This remote role centers on organizing client data, pulling reports from our CRM, and maintaining clean, accurate records that drive internal decision-making. While the primary responsibility is administrative, you’ll occasionally handle client intake calls—listening with empathy, asking thoughtful questions, and documenting key information. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in spreadsheets, enjoys creating order from data, and can confidently jump on a call when needed. You’ll play a vital role in helping our firm stay organized and responsive, making a meaningful impact behind the scenes. Schedule Options: Please list your preferred schedule(s) in your cover letter Daytime 9 am - 6 pm EST Evenings 3 pm - 12 am EST Weekends 9 am-9 pm EST Responsibilities: • Pull reports from our CRM system and enter, clean, and organize data in Google Sheets • Apply formulas, filters, and formatting to support internal reporting • Maintain accurate records across multiple databases • Occasionally answer incoming calls with professionalism and empathy • Guide clients through the intake process and document their needs when assigned Qualifications: • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, filters, formatting) • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication in English • Comfortable handling occasional client intake calls with empathy and professionalism • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Prior experience in data entry, customer service, or client intake

• Familiarity with legal terminology • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Compensation: $9 - $11 hourly
