Are you a customer service professional with a warm, engaging demeanor? Do you have the ability to make potential clients feel heard and valued while guiding them through the intake process? If so, we want you on our team as an Intake Specialist! Schedule: Monday to Friday // 11 AM - 8 PM EST (Eastern Time) Responsibilities: • Handle Incoming Leads – Timely answer and respond to calls and emails, qualify leads based on firm criteria, and document all interactions in the CRM system. • Guide Clients Through the Intake Process – Collect necessary information, explain firm services, and ensure smooth onboarding. • Support Lead Generation Efforts – Conduct outbound calls, follow up with inquiries, and maintain a steady pipeline of potential clients through proactive engagement. • CRM Management – Maintain accurate client records, track interactions, and assist in optimizing the firm’s intake process. • Data Collection for Sales Team – Gather and compile necessary information for the sales team’s intake meetings. • Personal Responsibility for Follow-Ups – Take full ownership of following up with no-show appointments and re-engaging potential clients. Requirements
• Fluent in English – Ability to freely converse with English-native speakers from around the world. • Customer Service & Sales Focused – 3-5 years of experience in related roles is required. Strong interest and experience in both customer service and sales are required. • Organized and Detail-Oriented – Ability to manage client intake efficiently within allotted time parameters. • Strong Communication Skills – Clear and professional interactions with potential clients. • Tech-Savvy – Proficiency with CRM software, and ability to learn CRM and other techs, as well as email and phone communication tools. • Previous Sales Experience – Is a plus. Compensation: $7 - $8 hourly
