Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of HPLC and UPLC systems (Agilent, Waters, Shimadzu) 4+ years Responsibilities
4+ years of experience servicing HPLC/UPLC systems (Agilent, Waters, and Shimadzu required). Previous OEM or third-party service experience with Agilent 1100/1200/1260 Infinity, 1290 UPLC; Waters Alliance and Acquity UPLC; Shimadzu Prominence and Nexera platforms. Strong diagnostic and customer service skills in the field (see notes) Ability to work autonomously and communicate clearly across teams and clients Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working environment, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration in New Jersey or East Coast States. High-impact senior technical field role with ownership of a defined regional territory Work on advanced LCMS instrumentation (Sciex LC/MS, Shimadzu HPLC/UPLC) Stable, growing diagnostics and lab instrumentation service organization Flexible, remote field-based role with limited overnight travel (up to 15%) Opportunities for technical growth, autonomy, and cross-functional exposure Environment & Travel
