Emergency Department RN
to join a dedicated healthcare team in Tuscaloosa, AL. This role is perfect for nurses who thrive in high-acuity, fast-paced environments and are flexible with floating as needed. Requirements
Active RN license
(Alabama or compact) Certifications:
BLS, ACLS (PALS/TNCC preferred depending on facility needs) Experience:
2+ years of ED nursing strongly preferred Must be willing to
float to other units and hospitals
as needed Responsibilities
Deliver patient-centered care in a busy Emergency Department setting Triage, assess, and provide interventions for patients with varying acuity levels Collaborate with ED physicians, techs, and interdisciplinary staff to stabilize and treat patients Float to other units and hospitals when required, maintaining adaptability and teamwork Accurately document patient care in compliance with hospital standards Why Tuscaloosa?
