Shipping Associate: Pay rate $20-$21 D.O.E Hours: 8am-5pm or 730am-430pm Monday-Friday

Shipping Associate , you’ll play a vital part in assembling, packaging, and shipping quality parts to meet customer expectations — on time, every time.
What You’ll Do:
Assemble, pack, and ship production parts according to customer orders.
Prioritize daily tasks using job cards and direction from the Plant Manager.
Prepare and verify shipping documents, labels, and packaging for accuracy.
Inspect parts during packing to ensure quality and catch defects early.
Maintain accurate "Just in Time" inventory counts and organized storage areas.
Operate forklifts and mechanical equipment safely (Tow Motor certification required).
Enter shipment data in computer systems for billing and label generation.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with all safety and quality standards.
Assist with weekly cycle counts and support warehouse or production needs as required.
What You’ll Bring:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Solid communication and basic math abilities.
Computer literacy and experience with shipping or weighing systems.
Forklift certification (Tow Motor) required.
Prior shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
