DesignBridge is seeking talented Architects and Designers who are passionate about design and obsessed with the details. At DesignBridge, architects and designers work closely across disciplines, sharing ideas from concept through completion to achieve thoughtful, enduring, and impactful results. You’ll be part of a studio that embraces a diverse range of project types and scales—from multi‑family and mixed‑use developments to community‑based, adaptive reuse, health care, commercial, and custom residential work—each rooted in design excellence and social impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field

2–8 years of professional experience preferred

Strong design sensibility and attention to craft and detail

Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent communication, graphic, and presentation skills

Self‑motivated, resourceful, and research‑driven

Enthusiasm for collaboration, design rigor, and continuous learning

Applicant Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field (Licensure a plus)

2–8 years of professional experience in architecture or design

Strong design and detailing skills, with an eye for proportion, materiality, and composition

Ability to translate conceptual ideas into refined, buildable solutions

Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

Experience preparing design presentations, drawings, and construction documents Working knowledge of building systems, codes, and construction processes

Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills

Highly organized, with strong time‑management and coordination abilities

Collaborative mindset with enthusiasm for learning, mentorship, and team engagement

Passion for design excellence, community impact, and continual growth

Salary Range The salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, demonstrated performance, and level of expertise.
