LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Roseland, NJ is seeking an experienced

Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

to join their team.

This role is fully onsite.

Responsibilities

Assisting with review of title reports, commitments, and surveys

Preparing title and survey summaries

Drafting closing documents and managing post‑closing matters

Maintaining correspondence with clients

Preparing entity formation and organizational documents

Requirements

4+ years of recent experience in commercial real estate

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Commitment to client service

Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail

Strong multi‑tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines

Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $65,000-$95,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications. The firm’s comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and access to additional voluntary programs.
