Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and hands‑on Facilities Coordinator to help keep our offices running smoothly and efficiently. This role supports the day‑to‑day upkeep of our facilities, ensures safety and organization across all workspaces, and assists with basic maintenance, equipment setup, and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and takes pride in keeping things operating safely and effectively, someone who doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves and tackling a variety of tasks each day.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs (e.g., lighting, small fixtures, furniture, paint, minor plumbing).

Coordinate with outside vendors for larger repairs or facility services (HVAC, electrical, cleaning, landscaping).

Manage facility supplies, tools, and inventory, ensuring everything is stocked, organized, and in good condition.

Support office and workspace setup, including furniture assembly, office moves, and layout adjustments.

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in common areas, storage rooms, and warehouse spaces.

Monitor facility safety (e.g., fire extinguishers, exits, signage) and report any hazards or needs promptly.

Assist with equipment deliveries, shipping and receiving, and general logistics around the building.

Track and schedule preventative maintenance activities as needed.

Respond to facility‑related requests from staff in a timely and friendly manner.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Good communication skills and a team‑oriented approach.

Basic knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and workplace safety standards.

Comfortable using basic tools and handling small repairs or physical tasks.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Required Experience & Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Prior experience in facilities, maintenance, construction, or a related role preferred.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. safely.
