Position Overview Sandy Pines Residential Treatment Center is a 149-bed Residential Psychiatric Facility providing treatment for children and adolescents ages 5–17, located in South Florida. This full‑time HR Generalist position supports Universal Health Services (UHS), a Fortune 500 healthcare company.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the HR Director with recruitment activities.
Provide staffing support and address personnel problems.
Offer managers guidance on employee relations matters.
Create and maintain e‑learning courses as needed.
Administer FMLA and LOA programs under HR Director guidance.
Input and update employee information in electronic logs and training systems.
Process new hires, including paperwork, drug testing, and fingerprinting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Detail‑oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
Excellent organizational and listening skills.

Competitive salary: $75,293 – $91,264 (West Palm Beach, FL, 1 day ago)
$90,000 – $105,000 (West Palm Beach, FL, 2 weeks ago)
$70,000 – $75,000 (West Palm Beach, FL, 3 weeks ago)
