Kingwood Pines Hospital: Kingwood Pines Hospital is a 116‑bed facility located in the beautiful residential Kingwood community, about 30 miles northeast of the Houston Medical Center. The hospital provides 24‑hour emergency services and serves children, adolescents, and adults for psychiatric and behavioral health, with services in intensive outpatient and partial hospital program services.

Qualifications Position Summary: Kingwood Pines Hospital is seeking a dynamic and talented Human Resources Generalist. This position will provide support and assist with managing all functional areas of Human Resources, which may include Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Reporting, Onboarding, Compliance and Training/Development.

Talent Acquisition: Manage job postings program in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and monitor ATS for accuracy.

Records Management: Maintain, audit, and ensure all human resources records are current and filed.

Onboarding: Manage New Hire Onboarding Program.

Compliance: Ensure employee training, licensure and certifications are current and up to date.

Special Projects: Oversight of Special Projects as assigned by the HRD (i.e., Coordination of Skills Competency Fair, Retention & Employee Appreciation Initiatives).

Experience: Minimum of three (3) years Human Resources Generalist experience required; healthcare experience preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s level degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Organizational Development, or related area required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and all legal requirements such as FLSA, FMLA and EEOC; knowledge of Joint Commission Requirements and state and federal regulatory agencies; ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of customers and leaders at all levels of the organization; skill in organizing/prioritizing workloads to meet deadlines.
