Requirements
Keep the work site clean and free of debris.
Learn sanitation and pallet‑sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision.
Work with a high level of direct contact with customer staff and outside delivery personnel; emphasis is placed on the ability to relate in a positive, friendly manner.
Assigned to specified areas within the work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations.

What Success Looks Like
High‑energy individual with a strong work ethic.

Lift and carry a minimum of 25–75 lbs; materials handled vary.
Handle pallets as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards, customer timelines, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Keep Site Supervisor and Manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments, and concerns; contribute suggestions for improvements.
Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs.
Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse environment (concrete flooring and changing temperatures).
