Shift 2nd shift (9am start)
Compensation $620
Responsibilities
Keep the work site clean and free of debris.
Learn sanitation and pallet sorting best practices within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision.
Interact with customer staff and outside delivery personnel in a positive, friendly manner.
Be assigned to specified areas within the work environment to maintain a consistent workflow and meet customer expectations.
What Success Looks Like
High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
Self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision.
Independent decision maker as needed to accomplish tasks.
Lift and carry a minimum of 25-75 lbs; materials handled vary.
Handle pallets as directed by Capstone management and customer, meeting company standards and timelines while maintaining a safe work environment.
Keep Site Supervisor and Manager informed regarding conditions, accomplishments, and concerns; contribute suggestions for improvements.
Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs.
Sit or stand for periods in office as well as warehouse (concrete flooring and changing temperatures).
Qualifications
High-energy, strong work ethic, and reliability.
Ability to work with limited supervision and make independent decisions as needed.
Willingness to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25-75 lbs.
