Our Phoenix-based enterprise client is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join their rapidly growing commercial technology division. This full-time, hybrid role (3 days on-site) focuses on building and scaling complex enterprise platforms that serve global business customers. You’ll work hands‑on with Java, React.js, and cloud-native technologies—leveraging microservices architecture, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines to deliver next-generation commercial applications.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of professional software engineering experience
Strong proficiency in Java
Frontend expertise with JavaScript / React.js
Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Proven background in microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Enterprise, Jenkins, etc.)
Solid understanding of RDBMS and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Couchbase)
Strong communication and technical leadership skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Previous experience in enterprise or SaaS-scale environments
Familiarity with Scala, Spring Boot, or Python
Proven success in mentoring and technical evangelism
Cloud certification or prior architecture ownership experience
Exposure to AI/ML or data-driven application design
